Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Revive Mind & Health / RYAN'S HOMEOPATHIC CLINIC for:

• The initial introductory consultation;
• Follow-up homeopathic consultations;
• Child psychology assessment and counselling sessions;
• Parent guidance sessions;
• Any package, plan, or bundled service offered on the Website or by our team; and
• Remedy courier or shipping charges, where applicable.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

We understand that family schedules can change, especially with children. Rescheduling is therefore encouraged over cancellation wherever possible.

• Free reschedule: You may reschedule once at no extra charge if you give at least 24 hours' notice.
• Short notice: Reschedules requested with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to availability and may be declined or limited.
• Repeated reschedules: If you reschedule more than twice for the same booking, we may require a fresh booking and payment.
• Slot availability: Rescheduled appointments are subject to the Practitioner's availability and are not guaranteed for a specific date or time.
• No additional fee: There is no administrative charge for a permitted reschedule.

To reschedule, please email support@revivemindandhealth.com with your booking reference and preferred alternative dates.

A "no-show" occurs when you do not attend your scheduled consultation and do not inform us in advance. No-shows cause disruption to the clinic schedule and to other families waiting for appointments.

• In-clinic appointments: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or treated as a no-show, depending on the Practitioner's schedule.
• Online appointments: If you do not join the video call within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session may be marked as a no-show.
• No refund: No-shows and late arrivals beyond the grace period are not eligible for a refund.
• Discretionary reschedule: We may, at our sole discretion and subject to availability, offer a single rescheduled slot for a genuine emergency, on production of reasonable supporting information.

If you are running late or facing an emergency, please inform us as early as possible by emailing support@revivemindandhealth.com. We will do our best to accommodate you, but this cannot be guaranteed.

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment — for example, due to Practitioner illness, an emergency, a technical failure on our side, or events beyond our reasonable control.

In such cases, you will be offered:

• Option 1 — Priority reschedule: A priority slot at the earliest mutually convenient time, at no additional cost; or
• Option 2 — Full refund: A full refund of the amount paid for that specific consultation, if you prefer not to reschedule.

You may choose whichever option you prefer, and we will process your choice promptly. This is the only situation in which a full refund is offered after a booking, and it applies strictly where the consultation has not been conducted.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
• We do not issue refunds in cash, by cheque, or to a different account or card, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
• Where the original payment method is no longer available (for example, an expired card), we will contact you to arrange an alternative, subject to verification.
• Refunds are made in Indian Rupees (INR). Any currency conversion or international transaction charges levied by your bank are not refundable.
• We reserve the right to offer a credit note valid against future consultations instead of a monetary refund, where appropriate. You may choose whether to accept the credit note or request a monetary refund where you are eligible.

Occasionally, a payment may fail, remain pending, or be deducted twice due to a technical issue at the payment gateway or bank. In such cases:

• Failed payment: If the amount was not actually debited, no refund is required; you may simply attempt the booking again.
• Amount debited but booking not confirmed: If the amount was debited but your booking was not confirmed, please contact us with the transaction reference. We will either confirm the booking or initiate a full refund of the debited amount.
• Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same appointment, we will verify and refund the duplicate amount in full.
• Auto-reversal: In many cases, failed or pending amounts are automatically reversed by the bank or gateway within 5–7 working days, without any action required from us.

Please retain your payment confirmation, transaction ID, and bank statement entry until the matter is fully resolved.

We encourage you to contact us directly before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. In most cases, we can resolve the matter faster and more simply.

• Raising a chargeback for a consultation that has already been conducted is not valid under this Policy, and we will contest such claims with supporting evidence.
• Where a chargeback is raised, we may suspend access to further consultations until the dispute is resolved.
• We reserve the right to recover amounts, along with any associated bank or gateway charges, where a chargeback is found to be invalid or raised in bad faith.

Where we offer a package or multi-session plan, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of this Policy:

• Package fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Once any session within a package has been conducted, the package fee becomes non-refundable.
• If you cancel the package before any session has been conducted and with at least 24 hours' notice, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused package fee, less any applicable transaction charges.
• Unused sessions within a package are not refundable in cash, but may, at our discretion, be converted into a credit note valid for a stated period.
• Package validity periods, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase and cannot be extended unless we agree in writing.

Homeopathic remedies, medicines, and any physical products are governed by the following terms:

• Once remedies have been dispensed, prepared, or dispatched, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, for safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons.
• Shipping, courier, and handling charges are non-refundable once the shipment has been dispatched.
• If a shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please refer to our Shipping Policy for the applicable resolution process.
• If you receive an incorrect remedy due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order reference, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Changes will apply to bookings made after the revised Policy is posted. Bookings made before the change will continue to be governed by the Policy in force at the time of booking, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We encourage you to review this page before making any payment.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, as applicable.

Subject to any mandatory provisions of law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
