By accessing, browsing, or using revivemindandhealth.com (the "Website"), or by booking, paying for, or attending any consultation, counselling session, or homeopathic appointment with Revive Mind & Health / RYAN'S HOMEOPATHIC CLINIC (collectively, "we", "us", "our"), you ("you", "User", "Parent/Guardian", "Patient") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or our services. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy, each of which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Revive Mind & Health operates on an integrated Homeopathy + Child Psychology approach. Our Services are intended for children and adolescents up to 18 years of age, and include:

• Individualized homeopathic case-taking and prescription
• Child psychology assessment and counselling sessions
• Parent and caregiver guidance and behavioural strategy planning
• Follow-up reviews and progress monitoring

All Services are provided by qualified professionals within the scope of their respective qualifications and registrations. The initial consultation is a preliminary clinical assessment designed to understand concerns and outline a proposed plan of care. It does not constitute a guaranteed diagnosis or outcome.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract to book a Consultation or use the Website. By booking on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you hold valid written authority from the parent or legal guardian.

You consent to the assessment, counselling, and homeopathic care of the Patient and confirm that all information you provide regarding the Patient's medical history, behaviour, medication, and allergies is accurate, complete, and up to date.

The initial consultation is designed for parents and guardians, and the child need not attend the first session. Where a follow-up session requires the child's participation, the Parent/Guardian must remain present or available throughout the session.

Our detailed cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• Appointments may be rescheduled by giving reasonable advance notice, subject to slot availability.
• Cancellations made within the notice period specified in the Refund & Cancellation Policy may be eligible for a refund or credit, as applicable.
• No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations outside the permitted window may not be eligible for a refund.
• Introductory or promotional consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the session has commenced.
• Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within the timelines stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may cancel or reschedule an appointment due to practitioner unavailability, technical failure, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you will be offered a priority rescheduled slot or a full refund of the amount paid for that session.

Consultations are conducted in a professional, respectful, and confidential manner. You agree to provide truthful and complete information, to follow the prescribed plan of care as advised, and to attend scheduled follow-ups.

• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards the Practitioner or staff will result in immediate termination of Services without refund.
• Recording of any consultation, whether audio or video, is not permitted without prior written consent.
• Clinical advice is provided based on the information available at the time of the session. Concealment or misrepresentation of information may affect the outcome and is solely your responsibility.
• Prescriptions and remedy recommendations are individualized and must not be shared with, or used by, any other person.

Online consultations are offered as a convenience and are subject to the limitations of remote assessment. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Certain clinical observations possible in a physical examination cannot be made remotely.
• You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a private environment, and a functioning device.
• Technical interruptions may require the session to be rescheduled or completed by alternative means.
• Our Practitioners comply with applicable telemedicine and professional guidelines in force in India.

Where the Practitioner is of the view that an in-person examination or another specialist's evaluation is necessary, you will be advised accordingly and are expected to follow that guidance.

By using this Website, you agree not to:
